Lucy was great! Within 1 week of submitting a request to view the property she had references and application accepted even with the Easter Bank Holiday to factor in... Very efficient, friendly and much more professional than a lot of agents we dealt with along the way. Certainly helped by the fact AR clearly have a great portfolio of properties across the UK which they can offer. If I was someone letting a property, I'd want Lucy showing prospective tenants round.
