Viewing a property
Once you have a property in mind a member of our Lettings Team will arrange to meet you there and show you around. The team member will be able to tell you about the area and local service.

If the property isn’t what you are looking for then we can tell you about other properties available in the area or you can register for latest properties so that you get the latest information as soon as a property becomes available.
Moving in
On the day, tenants come to our offices and complete essential paperwork and sign the tenancy agreement.
We will also provide a welcome pack which will include essential information about property as well as a summary of local rules and emergency contact information.
Once you are happy and all the legal bits have been completed we will hand over the keys.
