Viewing homes
Seen somewhere you like?
A member of our lettings team will arrange a viewing and talk you through both the property and the local area. We know Brighton & Hove well, so we can also recommend neighbourhoods that suit your budget, commute and lifestyle.
If a property isn’t quite right, we can suggest similar homes or keep you updated when new listings become available.
Moving day
Once you’ve found the right place, we’ll guide you through the next steps clearly and efficiently.
You’ll visit our office to complete the paperwork, sign your tenancy agreement and collect your welcome pack containing useful property information, local guidance and emergency contacts.
Once everything’s finalised, it’s time to pick up the keys and settle into your new home.
